Charly Tallent

I started my career in care in 2006 as a health care assistant. I went on to become a senior health care assistant, a care officer, a unit manager, a deputy manager, a registered home manager and now an area manager for Aston Care. I have worked in multipurpose nursing homes and residential homes for learning disability.

I like working for Aston Care because they truly believe in looking after the staff and the service users and treat all service users and staff like they are family. 

My passion is making sure the people we support have the best quality of life and are as happy as they can be.

For the future, I would like to support Aston Care reach it’s highest potential and be known for achieving the best possible outcomes and the best quality of life for the people we support.
