I started Aston Care Limited in August 2004. After being involved with developing and improving homes, I had the opportunity to observe the care of vulnerable individuals who were not as fortunate as the vast majority, and this made me want to change my career. I wanted to provide a service to those individuals who need specialised care and support, both physically and emotionally. 

I feel that Aston Care is great at getting the best out of individuals with severe and complex needs, by employing great staff teams who treat the Service Users as part of their own family. All our homes have a family atmosphere where the Service user's feel they are part of the complete unit.

For the future, we would like to expand Aston Care to at least ten homes, so we can look after more Service User's with complex needs, but staying as a family run company and not become corporate and loose our identity.
