I started my career in health and social care when I qualified as a nurse in the Philippines in ??

I started working for Aston Care, Glebe Villa in July 2005 as a deputy manager. In 2007 I became the registered manager for Glebe Villa.

I like working for Aston Care because of the flexibility, support, benefits and most importantly the people we support. 

My passion is caring for the people we support unconditionally. 

In the future I want to achieve an outstanding rating with CQC and be known for giving the people we support the best possible life. I love the fact that we create a homely environment for the people we support and them to feel at home and happy to come back.
