I started my career in care in 2018 as a health care assistant in a dementia residential home. I joined Aston Care in August 2022 as a support worker, then a senior support worker and as of August 2023 I started my development plan being a deputy manager. 

I like working for Aston Care because of the support from management and the homely environment in which we work.

My passion is making a difference for the people we support. I love that I can encourage independence with life skills such as baking. Helping the people we support creating self-worth, empowerment and accomplishment is the best thing about my job.

For the future I want to make the lives of the people we support even better in any way possible and to be recognized as a company for doing this. Achieving an outstanding rating with CQC would also be amazing to achieve.
