Jemma Clarke

I started my career in 2001 as a support worker. I joined Aston care in November 2002 holding positions as a support worker, senior support worker, deputy manager and as of 2016 I have been the registered manager.

I like working for Aston Care because of the great relationships I have with senior management and other home managers. I feel supported by everyone around me.

My passion is observing the people we support live a fulfilled and happy life and being part of making it happen.

For the future I want our home and company to be recognised for the amazing work we do and be the home of choice for individuals looking for a home.
