I started my career in care in March 2010 when I joined Aston Care as a support worker. Since then I have also been a senior support worker and as of 2016, the deputy manager. 

I like working for Aston Care because they support me to be confident in my role. 

My passion is supporting individuals with promoting their independence and having a happy and fulfilled life. 

For the future I wish for a home filled with happy and healthy service users, and to be recognized for providing the best care with the best staff, and being the top choice for individuals looking for care.
