Kerry Laybourne

I started my career in care in 2003 as a support worker. I have also been a team leader and service manager. I joined Aston Care in May 2023 as a home manager. 

I enjoy working for Aston Care because it is a company that care and support not only the people we support but their staff too. I feel valued. 

For the future I want to continue to provide the highest quality of care to the people we support, support the company to support the home I achieving outstanding rating with CQC and for Aston Care to become a known provider of choice.
