London House - Residential Care Home Swansea

London House is a Residential Care Home located in Swansea. The home is registered for up to 17 Service Users with complex needs.

It cares for adults over the age of 40 years, who have mental health difficulties such as schizophrenia, paranoia, brain disorders, Korsakoff, dementia, hypothyroidism.

The home is located in a quiet area of the very westerly side of Swansea, in the countryside, surrounded by woodland, but also within walking distance of a retail park and large supermarket. The city centre is also a short 3.3 miles journey away by car or public transport.

The Home

London House consists of two buildings, containing fifteen bedrooms in total, all with access to communal bathrooms.

Leading out from the lounge and dining room is a lovely large lawn and patio area with seating.

There is a varied programme of in-house activities, such as arts and crafts, as well as the opportunity to access the company’s purpose built activity centre.

Activities & Transport

Residents are offered a wide range of activities outside of the home, such as football, golf, shopping, social clubs, concerts and walking.

Two vehicles are provided to enable residents to take part in these activities or attend appointments.
