I started my career in care in January 1996 when I started working at London House as a support worker. Since then I have been a senior support worker, deputy manager, home manager and now I am the deputy manager for both London House and Woodlands. 

I like working for Aston Care because I feel very proud to be part of working for a company where our skills and knowledge are valued and the staffs hard work and dedication is recognized. 

I am passionate about the people we support and our staff team. I have a passion to fulfil the life of the people we support and achieving their dreams and aspirations. 

For the future I want our home and company to be recognized for making a difference and giving control and choice back to the people we support. Listening to wishes and treating the people we support with dignity and respect.
